Thanks for visiting my fundraising page for the Semper Fi Fund!   This is my way to "Support through Sport!" our injured and critically ill service members and their families.

I am the mother of three US Marines; two sons and a daughter actively serving our great nation. When they left home, I took up running; first a 5k, then 10, 12, 13.1 and a duathlon all in 2013; never running more than one 5k before that. On March 23, 2014, I finished the Bataan Memorial Death March; a 26.2 mile ruck march in combat boots with a 20lb pack in the Chihuauan desert to honor my oldest Marine's buddies WIA/KIA during OEF 2012. Those events changed me and I have since dedicated myself to being a voice; thanking those who serve, honoring our wounded and never forgetting the fallen by sharing their stories.

Goal For My 50th Birthday!! ~ I plan to fundraise for the Semper Fi Fund during my training and participation for the 2014 Marine Corps Marathon. This will be my first full distance marathon and one of many other events I intend to participate in to honor our injured Marines including the Montana Warrior Run; Bloomsday in Spokane, WA; Montana Spartan Race; Missoula Half Marathon, Trail Rail Run 30k and the Island Challenge 15k trail run in Lewistown, MT.

I hope to make a difference in a millitary member's life and I need your help.  Your donations will go towards providing better support, financial aide, and help throughout their rehabiliation.

Thank you for cheering me on and supporting my fundraising efforts, I hope you will spread the word of my fundraising onto other friends, family, and co-workers. Your donation will be helping me me give back to our Heroes whom have given so much.  The process is fast, easy and secure.

Thanks so much for your support and please don't forget to send this page to any friends you think might be interested in donating!

The Campaign:

Semper Fi Fund Community Athletes Campaign

Welcome to the Semper Fi Fund Community Athletes Campaign! "Support Through Sport"

The Organization:

Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund

The Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit set up to provide immediate financial support for injured and critically ill members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. We direct urgently needed resources to post 9-11 Marines and Sailors, as well as members of the Army, Air Force or Coast Guard who serve in support of Marine forces. The Semper Fi Fund (SFF) provides relief for financial needs that arise during hospitalization and recovery as well as assistance for those with perpetuating needs.
